Refurbishing
Refurbishing of Bellise BD2 model 1,5 MW power turbine rotor & casing.
- Removal of blades of row nos. 1,2,3,4,5 & 6 by machining.
- Re-engineering & manufacture of new blades from blade material X22CrMoV121.
- Installation of new blades & revitting of shroud bands.
- Dynamic balancing of turbine rotor to ISO 1940, grade 1,0.
- Manufacture of inter-stage phosphor bronze rings with springs after modifying of existing diaphragm holder.
- Removal of HP & LP end labyrinth sleeves by machining & fitting of new sleeves.
- Machining & grinding of carbon area for sizing of HP & LP sleeves using the new sleeves.
- Manufacture of new HP side stuffing box by re-engineering.
- Manufacture of valve spindle after machining of existing seat in valve body.
- Re-assembly & commissioning of turbo-alternator.
