Refurbishing
Refurbishing of Triveni make 550 mm type 1,5 MW turbine rotor & casing.
- Reconditioning of parting plane to arrest steam leakage.
- Rotor disc reconditioning & replacement of blades in 1st & 2nd stages.
- Manufacture of new labyrinths for HP, inter-stage & LP sealing areas.
- Manufacture of new nozzles for 1st stage.
- Manufacture of new diaphragms for 2nd & 3rd stage.
- Dynamic balancing of rotor as per IS 194, grade 1,0.
- Dismantling, re-assembly & commissioning of turbo-alternator.
