Refurbishment of 1500 KW Peter Brotherhood make condensing extraction turbo-alternator
- Manufacture of new HP & LP gland segments.
- Removal of damaged turbine casing studs.
- Overhauling of governor & governor valve assembly.
- Overhauling of oil pumps and other related auxiliaries.
- Dynamic balancing of turbine rotor as per ISO 1940, grade 1,0.
- Condenser cleaning & hydro test of the same.
- New control panel for auto start of the auxiliary oil pump.
- New gear internals.
- Electrical testing of the alternator & exciter.
- Erection & commissioning of the TA set..
