Repair & refurbishment of gas turbine expander, Chinese Design.
- Re-engineering of drawings for 1st & 2nd row of blades from old samples.
- Manufacture of new blades from forging developed having chemical & mechanical properties equivalent to existing blade material.
- Installation of new blades in turbine rotor & locking of the same.
- Polishing & burnishing of journal areas.
- Dynamic balancing of rotor as per IS 194, grade 1,0.
- Repair of guide blade carrier by welding & subsequent machining.
- Re-assembly & commissioning at site.
