Straightening
Straightening of bent rotors by “peening method” which have developed in turbine rotors.
- Final run out within 0,03 mm.
- First rotor was for a 7,5 MW turbine having a length of 3.5 meters and weight of 2.6 tons.
- Second rotor had a length of 2 meters and weight of approximately 1,5 tons.
