Refurbishing
Refurbishing of Belliss make 1,5 MW turbine rotor
- Removal of blades & shrouds of row nos. 1, 5 & 6 by machining.
- Re-engineering of drawings for each row of blades & manufacture of new blades.
- Installation of new blades in turbine rotor & locking of the same.
- Installation of new shroud bands for rotor blades after locking.
- Removal & manufacture by re-engineering of new nozzles for nozzle segments of row nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6. Grinding of HP & LP end labyrinth sleeve.
- HP & LP oil sealing and steam sealing gland replacement.
- Manufacture of new spindle, top & bottom bushes for throttle valve duly nitride.
- Dynamic balancing of turbine rotor as per ISO 1940, grade 1,0.
