Re-blading
Re-blading of KKK make turbine wheel disc for model CF4 GSS :
- Removal of all blades from Curtiss wheel & dressing of root area.
- Re-engineering of new blades & manufacturing using BOHLER make blades material X22CrMoV121.
- Fitment of new blades and shrouding & dynamic balancing of re-bladed turbine rotor as per ISO 1940, grade 1,0.
