Re-blading
Re-blading of 3,2 MW ABB make turbine rotor :
- Removal of existing blades of all 5 stages.
- Re-engineering of new blades and manufacturing using BOHLER make blades material X22CrMoV121.
- Fitment of new blades and shrouding.
- Dynamic balancing of re-bladed turbine rotor as per ISO 1940, grade 1,0.
- Re-assembly at site & commissioning.
